None of these need an account, an email address or our app. They run on the phone or the laptop you already have, the maths is standard and the number you get is yours to use however you like — quote it, ignore it, or send it to the guy down the road who is underpricing himself. If you only ever take one thing from this site, take the one that saves you the most time or money this week.
The three calculators are meant to be used together, roughly in that order: work out what an hour of your time should earn, use that rate to build a job up into a defensible price, and check the markup that price represents so you are not quietly making a third less than you think. Then the invoice template turns the number into something you can actually send and get paid on.
